Shipping Policy – Nandi by Kuber

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed in 15–20 business days.

  • Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • For made-to-order products, preparation timelines are mentioned on the product page.

Note: Minor delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to ensure timely deliveries for all our customers.

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • All orders above INR 1000 qualify for free shipping within India.

  • International shipping charges are applicable as per location and are not shown during checkout. Please connect with us on WhatsApp at +91 96800 32123 for a quote.

Shipping of Products

  • We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and prompt deliveries across cities.

  • Nandi by Kuber is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company, postal service, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Standard delivery timelines after dispatch: 7–10  business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.

  • Orders can be tracked on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three (3) times before returning the package to us.

    • If returned, a refund will be issued after deducting reverse shipping fees (refer to our Return & Exchange Policy).

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete (including zip code) and a valid mobile number is provided.

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in a refund after deducting reverse shipping fees.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, contact us at info@nandibykuber.com within 24 hours of the stated delivery date.
    Requests made after 24 hours cannot be investigated.

International Shipping

  • Our products require special packaging and may be heavy or fragile, so international shipping costs vary based on destination.

  • For shipping cost details, you can connect with us on WhatsApp at +91 96800 32123. The amount will be shared after purchase.

  • Once shipping costs are confirmed and payment is completed, shipment details will be shared.

  • Duties & taxes for international orders are not included in the shipping charges. These must be paid directly to the courier partner at delivery.

    • If duties/taxes are refused by the customer and delivery cannot be completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Delivery timelines: 20–30 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Products purchased during sale/discount periods are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products purchased before a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting reverse shipping fees in the following cases:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

    • Three failed delivery attempts by the courier partner.

    • Package refused by the recipient.
