• Every piece involves extensive craftsmanship, precision work, and hours of dedication by our skilled artisans.

• The making process includes careful selection of materials, intricate detailing, and unique finishing touches.

• Due to the time, effort, and artistry involved, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

• This policy ensures we uphold the quality, authenticity, and respect for our artisans’ hard work.

Missing / Incorrect / Damaged Product

• Exchanges are only applicable in case the product is received in a damaged condition from our side. To process the exchange request, customers are required to provide complete proof in the form of an unboxing video.

• Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 15-20 days.

• To process the exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.

• The unboxing video must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery.

• No exchange requests will be entertained without a proper unboxing video as proof.
